I didn't go for a walk every day this week, but I did do some sort of exercise every day this week. My total minutes this week added up to 450! I did yoga 4 times this week! I'm hoping to be able to keep up the 450 minutes/week for the rest of the month. Hopefully the minutes will add up and my weight will come down.

450 is a pretty respectable minute count for the week. I've been shooting for 1100 a month and not making it the last few months. 450 a week would be 1800 a month so you'd totally rock. Great week.
