more! I liked that too. I think I'll be making marshmallows every so often from now on. I got the
recipe out of
Bon Apetit. Below are some photos of the magical process. Somehow sugar and gelatin and water turn into fluffy whiteness. It doesn't take that long (with the kitchen aid I don't think I had to beat it the full 15 minutes).
