I had a rough night on Sunday night and a hard Monday morning so I decided to make myself a fancy schmancy lunch.  I wandered through Central Market and bought a bunch of stuff and made: A sandwich with a toasted chia seed and flax bun, avocado, pear, fontina cheese, and roasted turkey.  I also made a salad with organic spring mix, walnuts, pears, basil and garlic cream cheese and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.  It was yummy in my tummy and then I went to bed and felt a whole lot better when I got up 5 hours later.
