Poster Progress

Along with cutting, I've been doing some pasting. I was sitting on the floor, so most of the progress has been on the bottom of the eye poster.

Back to Being Creepy

This weekend feels like the first care-free weekend in a while. Ross is done with school for the semester, and so am I. We didn't have anything planned for today. Ross is indulging in Call of Duty Black Ops, so I decided to get back to being creepy.

I want to knit, but for some unknown reason my knuckles are really hurting. Just on my index fingers. I need to do some sort of exercise, but this crud I've got makes me feel exhausted. So--I'm back to being creepy.

Don't understand the creepiness? Check out this post.

Eye Poster

Tiffany gave me a huge stack of Japanese and Taiwanese magazines a while back. This week I went through the magazines and ripped out all the cosmetic ads with big, made-up eyes. Last night I clipped out a bunch of the eyes and glued up a bunch of them too. The eyes in the Japanese magazines are a lot larger than the ones in the American magazines. A couple of them are so large I don't have room for them. I still have a huge stack of magazine ads and a ziploc bag full of eyes that I have already cut out. For some older photos check out my other eye poster post.

Eye Poster

Okay, so most people who know me, people who have been to my house, have seen the huge eye poster that I have. It all started back in 6th grade when we got an assignment to do a montage. I took this to mean I had to cover the entire paper with one theme. I covered a piece of cardboard entirely with eyes. I remember one guy put 4 or 5 guns on a sheet of legal size paper. Oh. Anyways, back in high school sometime I decided to start another one--on a much larger scale. I've said more than once that I think it's done, but then I randomly start working on it. I spent some time working on it when I came back from Maryland. I was planning on working on it more regularly, but I only worked on it for a week or two. Then, a couple weeks ago I just randomly started working on it again. Lisa Diane actually noticed when she was here for passover. I've worked on it even more since then. Here are a few photos showing the progress of the poster: This one was taken 9/19/2006.
