On October first Maryland's hands free law went into effect. It bans the use of cell phones while driving unless a hands-free device is employed. On Friday (October 8th), on our way out of town I was amused to see this:
I could go on and on about this, but all I'm going to say is that this proves that some people in law enforcement think they are above the law.
